A year ago we bought a 1987 Caddillac for $700. We bought it for me to use to get to school when I was teaching. The air conditioning didn't work, it got around 16 mpg, and had a few other flaws. But regardless of its short comings my Grandma told us every time she saw it what a beautiful car it was. I think she even called it luxurious one time. It did its job well and now will hopefully help someone else - we donated it to the Kidney Foundation.
And because the real reason people look at this blog is to see updates of my baby...here is a picture of her. The big stain on the shirt is because right before I went to take the picture she did a big spit up.
